Possible Boycott!!!!!!!!!!
Could Eurovision be heading for a triple Baltic state Boycott.........well Estonia and Lithuania seem to be heading that way using the Russian/Georgian political crisis. Whilst Latvia seem to be condemning the issue of a boycott. Are Estonia and Lithuania using the political crisis between Russia and Georgia instead of the fact that over the past few years they have sent absolute dross to the Contest, whilst Latvia are a regular contender in the final. I personally think that it would be silly for Estonia and Lithuania to boycott, but hey its their choice!!! So if Estonia and Lithuania say no, they will be joining Austria and Monaco in staying away... Could this be the start of a major boycott similar to what the world experienced in 1980 at the Moscow Olympics following the Russian/Afghan conflict. Watch this space cos I dont want a boycott and think it will do more damage than good....but then again it didnt do the Olympics any harm did it!
